At ONE Software I am closely dealing with Yossi. He is constantly available to offer support and always willing to help with any of our queries. As an organization we have been using Zoho for over a year and half now. Zoho CRM offers plenty of integration, it manages our Administration, Technical and Support Departments in one CRM platform. We recently implemented Zoho Desk as our Support Ticket System and Zoho Forms as well. The systems are very user friendly, uploading and managing data is very simple.
